Requirements Checklist
These are general requirements, and every application is different. Some documents may not be required, while additional documents may be recommended based on your individual circumstances. During your appointment, we'll review your application and guide you on the documents needed to help strengthen your application.
- Valid Jamaican passport
- Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) from your UK employer
- Job offer at or above the required salary threshold
- English language proficiency evidence
- Proof of financial means (£1,270 in savings for 28 consecutive days)
- Academic or professional qualifications for the role
- Criminal record certificate (if required)
- Tuberculosis test results (if required)
Important Note
Your UK employer must hold a valid sponsor licence and issue you a Certificate of Sponsorship before you can apply.
