Do you guarantee that my visa application will be approved?

No. All visa and travel document decisions are made solely by the relevant embassy, high commission, or immigration authority. We cannot guarantee approval. What we do is help you prepare the strongest, most complete application possible to maximise your chances of success.

Processing times vary significantly by country and time of year. US visa interview appointments in Jamaica can range from a few weeks to several months depending on demand. UK and Canadian applications are typically processed within a few weeks once submitted online. We recommend starting the process as early as possible — ideally three to six months before your intended travel date.

What documents are typically required for a visitor visa?

What should I do if my passport is lost or stolen?

If your passport is lost or stolen, contact us immediately. We can assist you with the emergency document process, including boarding foils for urgent travel and emergency visa support if you are travelling to or from the United Kingdom. You should also report the loss to the relevant passport authority and local police.

Not necessarily. You can contact us at any stage of the process — even before you have been accepted. We can advise you on what to expect and help you prepare so that once you receive your acceptance letter, you are ready to move quickly on the visa application.

Are government/embassy fees included in your prices?

No. Government application fees, embassy fees, SEVIS fees, and similar charges are paid directly to the relevant authority and are not included in our service fees. We will clearly outline all costs — both our fees and any third-party fees — before you commit to using our services.

What happens if my visa is refused — do I get a refund?

Accepted Answer

Our fees cover the preparation and support services we provide, not the outcome of the application. Because visa decisions are made solely by the relevant immigration authority and are outside our control, our service fees are non-refundable in the event of a refusal. We will always work to give your application the best possible chance of success.
