- Valid Jamaican passport
- Invitation letter from a Sint Maarten business
- Proof of employment or business ownership in Jamaica
- Bank statements showing sufficient funds
- Return airline ticket
- Proof of accommodation
- Travel insurance

Business visitor visa holders may not engage in employment in Sint Maarten. A separate work permit is required for employment.
