Requirements Checklist

- Valid Jamaican passport
- Proof of qualifying investment (real estate or business investment)
- Police clearance certificate
- Medical examination
- Proof of financial independence
- Character references
- Birth certificate
- Marriage certificate (if applicable)
- Completed application forms

Investment thresholds vary by category. The most common route requires a minimum real estate investment of KYD $1.2 million. Contact us for a full assessment.
