- Valid Jamaican passport
- Recent passport-sized photograph
- Bank statements showing sufficient funds
- Proof of employment or business
- Travel itinerary and accommodation details
- Evidence of ties to Jamaica
- Health insurance or evidence of ability to cover medical costs
- Character documents (police clearance if required)
- Medical examination (if required)
