- Valid Jamaican passport
- Job offer from an Aruba employer
- Completed work permit application (submitted by employer)
- Police clearance certificate
- Medical examination results
- Educational and professional qualifications
- Proof of relevant work experience
- Passport-sized photographs

Work permit applications are typically submitted by the employer. The employer must demonstrate that no suitable local candidate was available.
