Guarantor’s declaration

Financial Guarantor's Declaration for Visitors in the Kingdom

If you are unable to show proof of sufficient funds, you will need to find a family member or friend from the region(s) of the Kingdom you're visiting to act as a guarantor. This individual will need to apply for a financial guarantor's declaration, which must be legalized by the local authorities. It is important to note that the guarantor must do this in person.

For those in the Kingdom's Caribbean regions, a guarantor's declaration can be arranged through the following organizations:

  • Aruba: Department of Legislation and Legal Affairs (Directie Wetgeving en Juridische Zaken)
  • Curaçao: Toelatingsorganisatie Curaçao
  • St. Maarten: Civil Registry Department (Dienst Burgerzaken)
  • Bonaire, St. Eustatius, and Saba: IND Caribbean Netherlands

Medical Insurance

To enter the Caribbean parts of the Kingdom, visitors are required to have medical insurance that covers hospital care, emergency treatment, and repatriation for at least USD 15,000, and for the entire duration of their stay. The insurance must be proven with an official document, and if it does not meet the requirements, visitors must purchase a policy that does.

PROCESSING TIME

You can submit your visa application up to three months before your intended travel date. After submitting your application, you can expect a response within 15 days notifying you of your approval status in most cases.

YOU WILL FINISH, YOU WILL WIN.
